Assetto Corsa EVO - Hotfix 0.5.2 Now Available!
Kunos Simulazioni has released the 0.5.2 update for Assetto Corsa EVO, introducing important fixes and improvements to the racing simulator. This hotfix primarily focuses on resolving critical issues related to configuration file management, car behavior, and several bugs affecting the gaming experience.
Configuration Files Migration
One of the most significant changes concerns the configuration folder migration. Files previously saved in Documents/ACE will now be transferred to Saved Games/ACE, following Microsoft's standard recommendations. This modification resolves critical issues with OneDrive and similar applications that could "hold hostage" configuration files when running out of space or when changing read/write rules.
Important: Log files are now also located in the Saved Games/ACE folder!
Physics and Tire Fixes
A frustrating bug causing tires to sink below ground when approaching the track edge slowly has been resolved - an issue particularly evident at the Nürburgring Nordschleife.
