LMDh and Hypercar: A New Era of Virtual Motorsport Arrives in RaceRoom
RaceRoom Racing Experience fans can prepare for a new wave of adrenaline, with the official announcement of the introduction of the LMDh (Le Mans Daytona h) and Hypercar classes into the simulator. This long-awaited move will bring to the virtual world the most cutting-edge and spectacular racing cars currently competing in the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) and the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship.
The announcement has generated a wave of enthusiasm in the RaceRoom community, which has long requested the addition of these flagship cars. The integration of LMDh and Hypercar will allow players to virtually experience the challenges and emotions of the world's most prestigious endurance championships, tackling iconic circuits such as Le Mans, Sebring, and Daytona.
LMDh represents a significant evolution in the world of motorsport, combining a standardized chassis with hybrid engines developed by individual manufacturers. This innovative formula has given rise to extremely competitive competitions and tight battles on the track. Hypercars, on the other hand, offer greater design freedom, allowing manufacturers to express their engineering and aerodynamic creativity.
The arrival of these classes on RaceRoom promises to further enrich the simulation experience, offering players a new level of realism and engagement. It remains to be seen which manufacturers and specific models will be included in the game, but the expectation is high to see cars like the Porsche 963, the Cadillac V-Series.R, the BMW M Hybrid V8, the Ferrari 499P, and the Toyota GR010 Hybrid speeding on the virtual tracks of RaceRoom.
